Approximately 750g of argentinian ribeye beef. 
We will deliver two steak cuts (250 g per piece) in a vacuum-packed state.
* Please note that extra cardboard boxes will be used as packaging materials to keep the selling price down.
■ About ribeye: 
The state where the outer lifter meat (fog) is removed from the rib roast. Lip-off boneless ribeye.
The ribeye is held up as one of the best steaks you can buy as it combines a healthy dose of marbling with a large fillet of the tender longissimus dorsi muscle.
The intramuscular fat that makes up the marbling helps keep the meat moist during cooking and enhances its flavor.

■ Characteristics of beef:
Crispy crunchy outside with rich moist fatty bite. Very juicy, very tender. Fairly strong but balanced beef flavor. 
The meat loads of flavor and a buttery taste  Or milky sweetness of lean meat, the aftertaste is so light that both women and children can go crazy. If you are an adult male, you can afford to go with 500g plus white rice. 

● Decompression method: 
Thaw slowly in the refrigerator from one day before the day you decide to eat it 
We do not recommend thawing in a microwave oven or thawing naturally at room temperature in the summer. 

How to eat: 
  1. After thawing in the refrigerator, wipe the surface of the meat with kitchen paper and leave it until it reaches room temperature, which is about the same as human skin. Wrap it so that it does not come in contact with the air.
  2. When it reaches room temperature, add oil to the frying pan with salt and pepper, and bake at high or medium heat. You can add garlic if you want. 
  3. Please be careful not to move the meat when it is baking.
  4. After baking one side at a time, wrap it in aluminum foil or place it in a vat and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes to trap the flavor. If you like hot food, you can eat it as it is.
  5. If you seal the aluminum foil, even if the finish is rare when you put it in, the heat retention effect of the aluminum foil will often result in a hard medium rare or well-done finish, so please be careful if you like the rare finish. As a rough guide, each steak will take 4 mins in total for rare, 5-6 mins in total for medium and 8-10 mins for well don.
  6. There are many ways to bake a steak, so it is recommended that you search for steak on YouTube and find the best way to bake it yourself.
  7. It can be a bit difficult to grill meat, but you can do it. It is very important to wash your hands and separate the things that grab the raw meat from the things that grab the baked meat. (If you have only one tong, wash it and use it properly.)
  8. When using a cutting board with raw meat for another cooking, please wash the raw meat from the board immediately after transferring it to a frying pan and cook another dish. (It is important throughout the year, but especially from the rainy season to the summer, bacteria that prefer high temperature and humidity increase. Please be sure to consume within 1 week after the product arrives. Within 2 days after thawing it.
