The logo has been renewed!

We have renewed the logo of Don Rossi, our store specializing in Argentine meats! The logo was created by Mr. Alfredo Genovese, who appeared in NHK TV Japan Magazine last year.
Alfredo Genovese's type of art is called "Fileteado" and it is a traditional folk art that originated in Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina. It is a popular art technique that has been registered as Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO. Mr. Alfredo is a filleter, visual artist, researcher, teacher, and author of several books on Buenos Aires filleting, a popular artistic style typical of Buenos Aires.

He is one of the best artists in this style and keeps the popular culture latent in the world. He collaborated with world-renowned companies such as Coca-Cola, Nike, and Evian. He did it, and I'm still excited.

We want to thank Jeremías Fernández, who lives in Argentina and joined our work team as the new director of the Don Rossi logo production project! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ If you have a company and want to collaborate with Alfredo and the art of filleting, do not hesitate to contact us! Since it is a style of art and color that is difficult to find in Japan, I will confidently recommend him when it comes to creating new value.
